Marketing/Sales Representative
- Prospecting new opportunities through cold calling, networking events, etc.
- Developing a marketing strategy that will result in an increase in sales.
- Idea and Lead generation; ability to formulate and qualify leads.
- Procurement and delivery of advertising and promotional material.
- Develop and deliver seminars/presentation based on understanding the client’s business problems.
- Achieving sales quota and associated pipeline.
- Work with potential clients to understand business issues and present solutions to address their concerns through effective follow-up.
- Evaluating/Determining cost benefit analysis of marketing initiatives.
- Establishing contractual agreements with potential accounts.
- Work with Sales Manager to conduct Contract/Project Negotiations.
- Managing a monthly budget pertinent to marketing and sales initiatives.
- Events Planning; move expos, customer recognition events, vendor appreciation, etc.
- Establish Public Relations initiatives throughout the year.
- Reporting activity/results.
Receptionist
- answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- take and relay messages.
- provide information to callers.
- greet persons entering organization.
- deal with queries from the public and customers.
- general administrative and clerical support.
- receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- tidy and maintain the reception area.
Team Member
We are currently looking for Team Members who can make a difference in a seniors life by assisting our clients in making their move a simple and gentle transition.
A Team Member's role and responsibility will include:
- Works with Project Lead to advise and consult client in making downsizing and sort decisions that are appropriate for the individual client’s situation.
- Works with client defining specific client needs that match the life stage of that client.
- Acts as an advisor and identifies problem areas, makes recommendations for improvement and selects appropriate solutions compatible with the client’s goals, attitude toward change, and expectation or need derived from decision alternatives.
- Must adhere and support project plan directed by the Project Lead.
- Packs and unpacks client products into and from cartons or containers:
- Examines products for defects, such as cracked items, loosely sealed containers, or chips prior to packing.
- Seals and loads container for moving with care to avoid damage or breakage.
- Consideration and care are provided to client and client’s goods at all times while working within the framework of the company’s ethic agreement.
Project Manager
- Manages program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
- Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.
- Manages and updates project plan for weekly update meetings with account manager and client.
- Schedules personnel according to knowledge and experience in area with which program is concerned.
- Confers with staff to explain program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of program.
- Directs and coordinates personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program.
- Interfaces and develops ongoing relationships with new and established business alliances.
- Tracks and implements solutions that are unique and appropriate to client needs.
- Records activities and reviews reports to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
- Prepares program reports for superiors.
- Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
Account Manager
- Manages Let’s Move sales and project activities.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop, implement and manage programs.
- Coordinates service offerings by establishing sales market, quotas, and goals and advises suppliers, alliances, and clients concerning solution techniques.
- Assigns responsibility and objectives to project team.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist project managers in promoting sales and account growth.
- Reviews market analyses to determine creative ways of addressing customer needs, volume potential, and pricing plans.
- Develops sales and marketing campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
- Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable behavior from project implementation.
- Represents the company at trade association and other network oriented meetings to promote service offerings.
- Conducts periodic seminars advising attendees on downsizing principles, while determining the most effective presentation package.
- Liaison between multiple roles within the company, such as sales, project management and implementation.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of company and projects to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Assists other disciplines within company to prepare documentation on processes for various trade publications.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Prepares project plan updates and results to management.
- May direct product research.
- May recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and services implementation.
